Cool Tabs vs. Growave

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me

• It provides a wide range of settings options to your social media promotions.
• Is easy to use for developing and managing promotions.
• It offers an very complete tool to extract information about your promotions.
• The support service is highly advisable: fast and adequate to satisfy users' needs.

• Support - They respond to emails quickly and professionally.
• Coding - They are Shopify experts and will also try to find a solution to a request.
• They are also cost effective meaning we are able to progress with development of our site without the high cost some other agencies charge.

• Interface is a bit difficult.
• Management if the tool is not intuitive.
• More filters for analyzing would be great specifically in the demographics region.

• Not really anything there that would necessarily be needed, or that troubled the usage of the app. Of course, there were some "problems" or how I would better describe it "things that needed to be changed" when we first started with the app, but the back office is very easy to use and understand and if there was something, that couldn't be solved there, the customer service was very easy to respond, handle and solve the situation. So that's not really a drawback, because I guess it's a normal thing.
• The only thing that could be adapted, is that the emails are not multilingual. So it is not possible to translate them even with another translation app. So that's sort of bad for a multilingual shop, but is only a minor drawback.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it has been a very useful app, easy to use, filled with great options and a terrific customer service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.

They are super attentive and will work with you to make sure that Growave is properly integrated on your site. I had a few conversations with them. They always had prompt replies and they helped to create some custom solutions so that their modules matched the style of our website. It was overall a really great experience working with them.

Easypromos is one of the best tools you can use to run your contests. The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews. Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However, Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.

• Consumers truly enjoy the loyalty point program.
• The App makes it very fluid for easy log in's by the consumer.
• E-mail Notifications and retention programs are effective.
