Sales Intelligence Email Features
Comparison of Sales Intelligence Email Features features of Product A and Product B
In customer prospecting through cold contact, "cold mailing" is a very cost-effective practice and is widely used in the U.S. market, particularly for selling saas software and high-cost business services. (In my case it is used for selling insurance policies). We generally find several saas (i.e., monthly paid) email contact generation software on the market, generally found on linkedin and freely accessible. But this is not enough, you need software for sending emails (additional cost) and it must be specific to cold mailing otherwise you end up in spam. And you need a CRM, not all cold mailing software has that! Additional cost is for paid email verification and you have to waste time uploading and downloading the excel files to be verified and derived from the verification... then adapt them to the cold mailing software... A yes, not all cold mailing software has email warmers and many do not warm all types of emails (instead Sales.Rocks warmed because of my emails from an unknown hosting that no system warmed...). But if you had one software that does everything in one platform without driving you crazy switching between them, especially if you have large volumes of emailing and with the ability to track everything, create email sequences based on funnel-like behaviors, schedule phone calls or maybe an initial linkedin message from your Sales.Rocks linked account ... well, Sales.Rocks is all of that, and with support that lets you know how serious the company is. It's an expensive product for a freelancer like me, but it's unique, and for a structured company it's simply beneficial and has a huge return.
A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
Saleshandy, Hexospark, Getmails, Postaga. Mature product like Saleshandy, constantly updated for further improvements like Saleshandy and Hexospark. Sales.Rocks is the opposite of Getmails: the former has a myriad of features and a dashboard that gives you control like a NASA technician! But that is not why it is difficult to use. Getmails is super simple, wants to do everything automatically saving time for nerds like me who get curious and waste time trying every menu.
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
