Cons	Kaseya The Splashtop streamer in the Remote Tools breaks frequently The New UI is feature-rich, but not intuitive to set up. Alternatives Considered	Kaseya Both Datto and SolarWinds leave a lot to be desired but from a technological aspect, but SolarWinds products are substantially better. At least when they aren't being hacked. SolarWinds was an intuitive design with some decent features that made management much more seamless and, well profitable.
