Well suited for any size company which needs CRM management. Easy to use. Great for individuals or teams that use Apple products. Daylite and ios expert integration has been key in capturing leads from our website into the Daylite database, plus then if they opt into email marketing, they are entered into the MailChimp database. The web forms also automate the creation of opportunities and are linked with the contacts/companies. Sales Managers with geographical responsibilities can easily filter contacts or projects based on these regions so they only see what they need. Daylite is not appropriate for Windows users.
The all in one tool is particularly nice for an organization that has not had a CRM at all. The email tracking, meeting minutes, notes, and tying everything together is especially helpful from the commerical side. There tends to be a lot in the tool, much of which we probably don't leverage as best we should, but overall it is a very helpful tool. It is well suited to handle all aspects of a customer interaction with your company
Daylite allows you to link your email so when you email a client it will link to their contact in Daylite and save the communication so anyone on the team can see all the emails that have been sent between the client and our company.
Daylite allows you to create "opportunities" for the different packages and services we offer. This lets us track where someone is in the process, if they are still thinking about a service, have been sold on it, or are not interested.
Daylite lets you leave notes on the account that everyone on the team can see. This has been so helpful for our company because it lets us drop helpful notes on personal things about the client that would be good for everyone to know.
The main drawback of Daylite is that it becomes slow on its iOS mobile devices.
Sometimes I face a lot of retries to log into the account. The mobile app needs a change and needs an upgrade. Apps are lacking in giving appointment reminders on time. Sometimes it does not notify on the right time about the appointment with the client.
The mobile app could be better. It is fine for quick updates or checking something on the go, but it feels limited compared to the desktop version.
In my time of using Hubspot, the dashboard UI has changed twice I think, and it certainly isn't helpful when you're trying to get used a new view entirely.
I have observed HubSpot CRM sometimes has issues with large lists, and shows incorrect number on the list page versus the detail page.
Search can be improved, because sometimes it misbehaves or doesn't show what is expected.
Thus far, our company has found HubSpot CRM to be a reliable service that serves its purpose well: a centralized business contacts database, accessible remotely, with a simple and visually-pleasing interface. Issues are non-existent or resolved quickly, and when the service is experiencing interruptions, notifications and/or updates are sent regularly.
I am giving it this rating because it has helped us keep track of leads, it saved us a lot of time by automating tasks, and it makes it easy for different teams to work together. It is user-friendly and has improved our approach to communicating with customers and closing deals.
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.
If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate
Daylite provides authentic services and features with excellent programming. I have also collaborated on the Daylite calendar with Apple Calendar so that I can never leave behind any updates of the future. Moreover, it keeps on updating its feature for giving better services.
We've been using Hubspot for years and don't foresee making any changes away from it. It has been fully integrated into how our business operates. We ultimately selected HubSpot CRM because it had all the features and functions that our marketing, sales, and operations teams wanted. And it offered those features and functions at the right price point for our organization.
Daylite has been very helpful for new employees to answer their own questions about contacts/passwords, etc.
We found the tiny notification bell to be weak, sometimes a project comes in with a tight deadline and we have to double-check and ask an employee if they saw the notification. More time would be saved by just chatting about the project and its expectations.
A huge benefit is the institutional knowledge that can be had by reading past projects. We've tracked everything, so the history is there.
When the decision came to explore a platform that would migrate our data and leave the transition as seamless as I would like to see more native options for automation possible, a number of products were suggested. Once we saw HubSpot CRM we knew it was for us. My division were the trial usage group...which has led to enterprise adoption and we couldn't be happier.
I wish I could say that the support team has been awesome... but we haven't needed to utilize them, which is a testimony in its own right. The couple of minor issues we had were largely user education issues and were quickly handled.
The commitment the entire HubSpot team has for, not just their clients, but anyone in business that is open to learn resonates with everything they do. I subscribed to their blog and the free resources they deliver is truly amazing and they deserve kudos.
