Demandforce vs. Zenoti

We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

• Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
• Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
• Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

We are constantly being contacted by comparable organizations. If Mindbody Online integrated a feature like Demandforce, we'd move over there to keep everything in one platform.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.

• It's taken a lot of the reporting and guesswork out of the equation. That has saved us a lot of money.
