Likelihood to Recommend We are a cloud-only shop, so Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is a natural fit. We do not have a large Azure VM presence, so I do not know how well they play in that space. If you are not cloud-focused, I am not sure that Druva Data Resiliency Cloud's strengths will be easily seen. However, in the cloud they are tough to beat.
Read full review I'll go with where it's very suited in certain industries, including ours where the data resides or where it's being sent is incredibly important. So because the data stays within Microsoft World Garden, we are able to piggyback off of a lot of those certifications and meet certain requirements that allow us to expand where we sell our product to outside of scopes that we couldn't reach ourselves.

The ransomware protection is a security feature that puts our minds at ease when it comes to the safety of our data. The Customer Success team does frequent reach outs and technical health checks. Read full review It is a good tool for threat detection and analysis of the threats. We are using this tool for real time threat detection on our employee machines as well as some servers. It provides various options for collecting data sources by leveraging multiple sources using data connectors. This helps us in gathering data from multiple sources such as our servers as well as our employee machines. I recommend to have to integrate with the cloud storages cheaper option to store backups which would be tremendous for customers to save snapshots costs. Love to see Druva Data Resiliency Cloud have a better rbac policy on who can trigger the DR engine. Read full review 'Notebook' has always been a very hard to use feature for me in Sentinel. From my experience, there have been a very selective use cases for this feature across the industry. 'Entity Behavior' has some scope to be improved further since it is a feature that gives some useful insights but needs to be accessed separately. I think it should be re-worked in a way to be used within the incident investigation page. I'd like to see a more user-friendly version of the 'Content Hub' menu which was the earlier version! The new UI is somewhat confusing to use and is dependent on a lot of filters being applied which do not even lasts for a single session. With each refresh, we have to apply the filters again. Read full review Likelihood to Renew This is the second company I've brought to Druva. Just today, I was tasked with recovering a file from a user that last saw it 6 months ago. I was able to restore it in under 5 minutes of getting the request. It's really that easy.
Read full review Usability The product is easy to navigate and manage. Setup and configuration is also easy. We did not need to pay for any additional professional services. Our account team worked with use on the integration. It was not complex or difficult to learn how to setup and use. End users also have the ability to log in and manage their own files and emails
Read full review The Microsoft Azure Sentinel solution is very good and even better if you use Azure. It's easy to implement and learn how to use the tool with an intuitive and simple interface. New updates are happening to always bring new news and improve the experience and usability. The solution brings reliability as it is from a very reliable manufacturer.

Read full review Performance Page response in the admin center is acceptable- rarely are we waiting for data to load. Backup speeds seem fine, and restore speeds are OK considering it's likely pulling data from cold storage. It often takes 30-60 seconds for the restore to begin transferring files, but speeds are acceptable thereafter
Read full review Support Rating We had an issue in my first year that took a long time to fix. The support guy was awesome, took screen shots, filled me in, was professional, but it just took so long. I do think that was an anomaly, but it certainly sticks out nonetheless. Beyond that, we've had pretty good support "relationships" with the reps. They're usually pretty prompt at getting back and quite knowledgeable. Just make sure you have your proxies updated, because that's always step 1!

Read full review I use most of the Sims that are out there, but RSAs, old Sim Log, logic, elastic, a lot of them. Sumo, we checked out Sumo too. We're a Microsoft shop and live almost entirely on top of a Microsoft ecosystem. We are considering other Microsoft security products to integrate with it. So it made a lot of sense to really drive as hard as we could Microsoft Sim at least for a few years to make sure it would fit us.
Read full review Scalability We started very small with this product, only backing up key officers' laptops. After our initial experience, we found it very easy to scale up the product to all company laptops and expand into file servers, VMWare servers, and other production-level data, like Office 365 and Teams. We found the product very easy to scale while remaining intuitive and efficient to use.

Read full review Return on Investment Using Druva has simplified greatly the backup process. Once fully configured to your business needs, Druva provides a fast amount of backups. Druva has saved a lot of time for the IT team. Usually time is wasted by staff members searching for a missing email. Now, they reach out to us or use their own Druva account to locate a missing email quickly and easily. Read full review Log Management is a little difficult in-house as everything is situated on the cloud. Paying according to the throughput of the data can be costlier for some organizations. Excellent integration and log parsing for Microsoft products save many man-hours for the SIEM admin to focus on other things.
