Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to backup our M365 environment, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data. We used Druva Data Resiliency Cloud as part of our cloud migration project, migrating from an on-premises data backup solution. Our Druva Data Resiliency Cloud account team not only worked with us on pricing and term but the pre-sales engineer walked us through configuring the product shortly after our purchase. It could not have been easier.

We have had an easy time adding storage for our environment when it is needed. Most users protecting the same workloads as us may not even need additional space as they are pretty generous with the initial allotment. We protect around 300 users and have had no issues. Since the solution runs via API and is cloud-cloud, we have no interaction with the service, it all runs behind the scenes.
We evaluated VMWare as a provider and found their dependence on IaaS or on-premises setup was a deal breaker. Being all-cloud really required that we have a cloud-native SaaS backup solution. VMWare and other IaaS and on-prem providers really could not match Druva Data Resiliency Cloud's abilities, at least not that we were able to determine.

We are a cloud-only shop, so Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is a natural fit. We do not have a large Azure VM presence, so I do not know how well they play in that space. If you are not cloud-focused, I am not sure that Druva Data Resiliency Cloud's strengths will be easily seen. However, in the cloud they are tough to beat.
