Eventdex vs. ThunderTix

My overall experience with this business matchmaking app was amazing, I will definitely keep using it.

Thundertix is a wonderful program for tickets and events. The low cost makes it affordable and practical. Allowing the venue to retain profits.

• Training: Eventdex always has training sessions to explain how to use the platforms
• Eventdex Platform is very easy to understand and use
• Registration participants like it
• Organized: Eventdex helps keep complicated events and details organized in one system

• Excellent customer service.
• Listens and responds to customer suggestions and implements changes based on user community suggestions.
• One of the easiest systems to use. We tried several and this was the easiest we found by far.

• Data reporting must be improved. It's quite unknowing.
• Too many customizable options.

• For the money, I honestly don't have a single critique. Some of the larger companies offer a few more features, but we believe that most of those bells and whistles are not worth a significant increase in price.
• Our venue is a 160 seat venue. Thundertix is ideal for this. I do not know how Thundertix would translate to a 15,000 venue. It is not what we deal with. We are involved in some higher ticket events, but those are all General Admission so I do not have to deal with 15,000 reserved seats.

ThunderTix is designed to work where you need it to work regardless of device or platform.

They are quick to respond to both calls and email. They also have a robust online set of documentation and tools that offer the possibility of finding your own answer. But, even if you don't use it, ThunderTix never asks the "did you check our online resources" questions. They never complain about emails or calls. They are there to help and do a fantastic job!

It was an easy transition that took less than a month from planning to implementation

It's the easiest way to initiate conversation amongst attendees and bring them out of their shells. Designed to connect people at events.

Thundertix may not have all of the features as something like eventbright or bands in town, but the amount we are saving daily makes up for some of the features that may not be present. We are a small intimate venue so Thindertix is the best fit for our organization.

• They make us extremely profitable
• The pricing with Thundertix is far less than most of their competitors. This allows the venue and the artist keep more of the ticket sales. That is what we want.
