FinancialForce HCM (Discontinued) vs. HROne HRMS Software

FinancialForce HCM gives HR admins the full Hire to Retire experience while also meeting the needs of the worker/end user. Additionally, the application is well suited for talent management, shift scheduling, electronic benefits transmissions and connecting to payroll providers. Integration of HCM with other FinancialForce offerings, such as PSA and Accounting, completes the connection of front to back office.

Expense Management is not what I will ask anyone to implement, it has a lot of scope of improvement in the system. Reporting structure and the approval structure of the expense management is not good at all. Even [if] you upload the expenses in cloud software, you will have to repeat the entire process to executive the expense.

• It's customizable for every department.
• The "back-end" is easy to use. You do not always need to contact support to tweak items.
• Once a process flow is created, it is VERY user-friendly.
• We can integrate other platforms such as Formstack into FF.

This rating is purely based on my experience which I gained while using the HROne HRIS, it was very easy to use and can be explained to employees easily. I am happy that I got a chance to work with the development team of the HROne and customization is one of the unique feature

The performance of the HROne HRMS is good and it never lets you down. Reporting is always done on time. Pages are uploaded in friction of second and hardly there is a time when the system was down or slow

HROne HRMS implement was very easy, the in-house is very professional and knowledgeable. They guided us in good manner and ensured that the implementation was on time and as per the expectation. The way they have handled our query and supported us was good. The completed phase of the implementation was handled very professionally.

From a pricing perspective, FinancialForce HCM is very competitive in both licensing and implementation costs. Ultimately having an application that was native to Salesforce drove our final decision. While we were hoping to find an application that included the ability to process payroll internally we settled on the process of linking to a 3rd party vendor. The other options were either too pricey or lacked some of the key functionality we required.

We opted for HROne because of the support system. As HROne is a local HRIS, getting support from the team is very easy and quick. It has helped us at the time of implementation as well, we were able to connect with the HROne team very easily and the implementation process became easy and quick.
