Fliptop (Discontinued Product) vs. HubSpot Data Hub

1. Be sure to specify and understand the impact on your model when looking at volume versus value factors. 2. Ask all your potential vendors about set-up costs and time. 3. Understand, with any predictive model, how it will affect both marketing and sales - a predictive tool should bring the two closer together. 4. Remember - its predictive, not all-knowing and brief/train your teams accordingly.

In cases of brands that have been in the market for a long time but do not see any impact from new clients or consumers, HubSpot is ideal since it allows to keep the brand fresh in the mind of the audience. HubSpot additionally provides insight into what we're doing and allowed us to align the sales team with company goals. It also ensures that you receive updates from your computer. We can handle all programming requests that come into our team. One thing that HubSpot can improve on is not having a good centralized dashboard that allows for a full view of ALL data coming in. You can go to each piece, but not having them all attached to the board adds a bit of a challenge. It's not very complex to handle, but it would be easier to use if it had that feature.

• Listening to customers - very responsive customer success team.
• Working with customers to build the most predictable model.
• Easy to set up and get useful reporting quickly.

• Easy to figure out. Once you login, it's incredibly easy to figure out what to do, thanks to their simple UIX.
• Easy integrations with many partners. PieSync offers easy integrations with many partners. Integrating is as easy as clicking, filling in your login information and clicking again!
• Allowing multiple integrations. I'm glad PieSync allows multiple integrations so you aren't limited with how you integrate your different systems with contact information. Very helpful!

• A little more explanation of how different factors can affect the model in terms of the customer objectives - they've really listened here and have really focussed on the changes we needed to make.
• Update specific fields/features e.g. multi-currency support (now done), non-confusing field names (being released), custom fiscal years for reporting (coming I believe)

• The biggest issue we have had with PieSync is the lack of detail within syncing. Sometimes when there is an issue with a Sync it is hard to determine what went wrong. Even though most of the time it's user error, it's hard to diagnose issues with the current PieSync set-up.
• The pricing of PieSync is a little odd and I think should be based on something other than number of contacts you're syncing.

Every time that I've had a question, PieSync has been very responsive. It is a reliable company with a great team that is devoted to helping their customers. I've been their customer for 2 years and I've never looked back. Support is an important reason why PieSync is my go-to app for this job.

We pushed Fliptop through to preferred vendor because (at that time):

• Fast set up time with zero cost
• Public appexchange listing (passed salesforce security)
• Demonstrated best understanding of our requirements

PieSync is much less confusing, and from what I remember, cheaper. But if you need a more robust solution to get more data from system to system, you will need to find something other than PieSync. Zapier can be confusing and complicated to setup. And as you get more and more into the weeds with Zapier, you start realizing that you need to upgrade from plan to plan as you add these more complicated steps.

• Before fliptop around 50% of our MQLs were in lower quality accounts, that number has reduced to around 15%.
• We have identified the key market segments that drove over 50% of our growth last year.
• Real focus for the marketing teams and intel on where to focus key email and nurture campaigns.

• PieSync saves our team countless hours of repetitive data input by syncing the data automatically.
• PieSync has allowed us to use additional specialized marketing software and still be able to keep our contact data synced to our CRM.
• ROI is positive as the cost has far outweighed the time savings of inputting data and reducing mistakes with client data.
