FlowyTeam vs. Qulture.Rocks

The platform is well suited for SMEs like me when we do not have permanent HR roles. With the platform, we can monitor

• Their attendance
• The employee's job rank
• The employee's job status
• Company, team, and individual objectives
• There is no need for micromanagement; results are delivered based on trust, and the platform allowed us (the employer) to get rid of non-performance subtly
• We use FlowyTeam platform in our performance review, thus it's so convenient to point it out to the individual because they already know whether they are performing or not.

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

• It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
• Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
• Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.

Trello is very good for kanban...but I like the diversity of FlowyTeam. Can be linked to Kanban and makes the software an effective action plan tool. Project management is also a plus

I didn't make any use related to Qulture.Rocks, I just use this product, I recently evaluated the usability of Playvox, as well as Qulture.Rocks is used in the organization where I work serving our users. These tools greatly assist in individual performance, so that we can achieve quality in our service.

• Quality of delivery is very positive
• Team effort to ensure everyone is meeting the company's objectives and goals
• Being able to cut loses (non-performance) fast and legally
