Likelihood to Recommend One of the best things about FollowUp Power is that we can mark things for follow-up several months down the line, which we frequently have a need for since many of our clients are seasonal. For example, we'll get started working with them while they're here in Florida for the winter, then they'll head back north in the spring and not want to hear from us again until they return in the fall. With FollowUp Power, we can then mark them for follow up in the future rather than to have to somehow remember to contact them in the future.
Read full review Here, I will suggest that it is best to create employees, clients, or project reports. Easy to track with the dashboards. I did many integrations and developments. I can not list each of them here. I will say the best tool for management. I couldn't see criteria of unsuitable. But yes It will depend on the client's requirements. I will suggest it as very user-friendly tool for CEOs, CTOs, Managers, and company owners also for team.
Read full review Pros We love the dashboard feature. This is where we spend the majority of our time. The dashboard helps us avoid missing bid dates and deadlines. The system is very intuitive and a new user will be up to speed within one hour after they start using the system. There is only one place to enter all data. It would be nice to have a separate general information box where we could put comments in that would show every time we bring up the account (such as "her nickname is Bobbi", "their dogs name is Fido, "their son is currently stationed in France", "husband is going through chemotherapy", etc.), which would help us to remember personal details that are important to our clients. Read full review Usability It's straightforward to use and simple to understand. They have tutorials on different elements of the system that you can learn. The workflow there is very intuitive, drag and drop, which doesn't require a learning curve for most people. Templates that also make things more accessible can be found.

Read full review Performance Everything performs fairly well. Every now and then there are user errors where an employee will not click "ok" on a note they've created and simply exit out (I do wish that something was in place to prevent this, such as a pop "are you finished?")
Read full review Support Rating monday.com only really care about accounts that have 20 seats or more. While this is great for monday.com, it pushes smaller organisations to evaluate alternatives. We rate monday.com highly in our organisation because key staff have already got good experience with the application and we know we will get to 20+ seats one day. But, till then the billing model and lack of permanent enterprise features is a dread.

Someone also coming along later in the contract to see if you are maximizing the program to suit your company needs is beyond helpful. The staff that have provided this training are fun, creative and very patient.
Read full review Implementation Rating We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

I have used other CRM programs in the past, and FollowUp Power is much more user friendly, and I have already seen a direct increase in my lead to customer conversion ratio as well as increased sales
Read full review We have converted using spreadsheets over to Monday and so far everything is going well. Things are more organized and you don't have to worry about bookmarking a bunch of Excel pages. Everything is in one place and easy to access for the whole team.

The dashboard is part of my daily routine it tells me exactly what I need to follow up on weather it is calling the customer or checking on the customer. Only 5% used our prior Work Management System. 100% of project communication is kept within monday.com. Which means we don't have to search Slack, Email, or other places to find a message. 100% of our project files are kept or linked with monday.com. So, we don't have to find missing files in other locations. monday.com integrates with Salesforce, so we don't have to manually duplicate data 3rd-Party solutions are linking to our monday.com data and producing reports as humans read reports.
