I have used other project management systems and Monday doesn't have the issues as the others. Monday isn't buggy, it's super responsive.

Support Rating

The few times where I've had an issue or had a question the support response time was super fast.

Reliability & Availability

Monday is super fast and not buggy at all. I've not any issues where is wasn't responsive. A++

Monday is well suited to collaborative, creative environments where you have multiple people weighing in on content. The only place where I see issues are that there are too many places to attach files making it somewhat confusing when referencing files.

I use monday.com with the content manager who will assign me projects within monday and we will share ideas, communicate, share deliverables, etc until the project has been completed. It's nice working within a platform like monday to keep every project and its details together.

Project Management Capabilities

monday.com is very robust and never glitchy. Other project management systems have lag-time issues but not here.
