Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for our nonprofit diapers, wipes, and period products programs. It helps us to streamline our program registration and reorder system for our new and returning clients. Clients complete a new client registration form or a reorder form, and the information help us keep up with data for our potential grant funders.

Pros

  • Calculates the amount of new and returning clients.
  • Allows us to create forms that our clients can use
  • Helps us keep up with the amount of diapers and period products we distribute.

Cons

  • I would like to see our company logo show up larger on the form feature.
  • I prefer the version of the form they have now instead of the new version for 2025. The current form shows the questions in bold font, and the new version does not. This may mean it could take our volunteers longer to get to the pertinent information on the form.
  • It would be nice if monday.com staff had monthly webinars showing how to use some features. such as, using formulas effectively.
  • The platform has saved us time by allowing us to have all of our program information in one place.
  • The fact that it is easy to set up has saved us countless hours of trying to learn the platform.
  • The platform has helped us greatly with collaboration with our program partners who need to use our data.
We love the library of templates offered on monday.com. We also love the fact that we can modify any template to fit our needs. And if we can't find what we need, all we have to do is reach out to support for help with creating what we need.
Each time we have reached out to support for help, we received it in a timely fashion. We love that we can get help from the chatbot or we can get help from a live person. Each time we have gotten exceptional assistance with the matter at hand.
The platform has always been reliable when we have needed to use it. We have never had any complaints from our clients since we have used the service for the past two years. We are completely satisfied with the performance of monday.com and have no plans to switch. The program keeps getting better and adding more features that enhance programs and reporting.
We decided to go with monday.com because they offered a free tier for nonprofits and because they are easier to use and offered additional features that we could not find on the other choices. Hands down, there was no better choice for us than monday.com.

The platform is very well suited for our nonprofit programs that serve low-income clients who need diapers, wipes, and period products. It has helped us run our programs, capturing information and allowing us to view the data for reporting purposes. The ability to filter data is very helpful by allowing us to categorize information to get a better picture of the progress of our programs.
