Likelihood to Recommend It allows me to easily create fillable forms from a document and then gives me a plethora of tools to edit the form to be exactly as I need/want it. In my opinion, it is by far the easiest tool I have used to do this. The only negative I have is that sometimes the number of features and tools can be a little daunting since there are so many.
Read full review I would recommend Teamcenter if you are constantly working with multiple teams and need one central space to gather all the information that is reunited in these teams, it makes everything so much easier and will help you enhance your abilities. If you need to visualize 2D or 3D lifecycles, Teamcenter is also for you.

Data Management: You can easily add pseudo folders to segregate data inside. You don't have to look for anything now. Change Management: Use the built-in or customize it. Now, you have workflows and can decide who is responsible for every task. It's done automatically. Project Management - built-in MS Project, can manage tasks and still have a Gantt chart from it. CAD integration - a lot of time saved when single source of true. Read full review Cons I have a dual monitor setup at work and there are times when I wish that I could view pdf documents on both monitors at the same time. I have not yet figured out how to do that with FoxitPhantom as it appears to limit the user to displaying multiple pdf documents as separate tabs on the same screen. If dual screen is an option in the software, it needs to be more apparent. I can't think of any other desired improvements. This software really does everything that I need it to do. Read full review For the new users, Teamcenter seems to be quite overwhelming and it is quite difficult for any newly joined person to learn it quickly. Teamcenter can work on proving a user friendly interface and detailed training modules. Sometimes, Teamcenter has lagging issues which interrupts the productivity of entire team. It works too slow sometimes, but with the new release of Teamcenter, they are improving on this issue. Teamcenter should also simplify the release workflow for releasing any part. Currently, it is too complex. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Because very few editors are so easy to use and deploy backed by speed and performance. Foxit PDF is known for its speed and performance, allowing users to open and work with PDF files quickly and efficiently
Foxit's user-friendly interface is easy to navigate and use, making it a popular choice for users who are new to PDF software.
Read full review Because of our current customer needs, we will most likely maintain use of Siemens PLM products for some time. Aside from the initial software cost, we pay for yearly maintenance. Maintaining our yearly maintenance licensing with Siemens, we receive access to all of the latest software releases, as well as premier technical support
Read full review Usability Functionality and features it has as well as being quiet user friendly. It would be nice though if it wasn't laggy as often and had better page organizational tools. It often bogs down when this is being done or doesn't work properly when moving pages around and needed
Read full review As previously mentioned, due to the intense amount of features and modules present in the software, the usability of the software suffers greatly. Many of the features are not used in our context, and many of the modules are not purchased, but the options are still present on the interface leading to a lot of clutter, much of which is never used. The interfaces suffer from a lack of design and tend to feel like a conglomerate of Windows 98 elements.
Read full review Performance FoxitPhantom PDF integrates very well with the Microsoft Office products, which is where I found I use this the most. It performs about as well as can be expected, without any out of place latency. Whether it be merging, deleting, editing or rearranging pages, its performance holds up even with larger documents.
Read full review Support Rating I haven't personally had interaction with the customer support from FoxitPhantom, however based on conversations I have had with members in the organization, I was given positive feedback. Their website has a lot of information and tutorials. If you need to contact them, they are quick to respond. User manuals are readily available.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I would say that when you want to get a bigger share of the market and take business from long time consolidated applications like
Acrobat , you really need to try harder and give something more to the user to be able to change their mind and switch to Foxit. In our case licensing was an important factor and at the beginning we had a small learning curve with users asking how to open PDF files and what was that orange icon. The truth is that we as users accepted the new software happily because simply said: it does the job. After using Foxit I would not go back to
Acrobat , I like better the connectivity, the simplicity and the way it manages the tabs.
Read full review Easier to use. Connectivity to third-party products is much better with Teamcenter. Siemens products are connected to Teamcenter very easily. Product support is much better. CAD and CAM data are much better connected. Easy to use search in classification information of the products. All modules, like Classification, my Teamcenter, structure manager, etc., are very well connected.
Read full review Scalability I would rate the overall scalability of Teamcenter very highly. The modular architecture and the support for cloud deployment enable it to be easily scalable. Also, with the customizations that Teamcenter provides, we have also scaled our entire operations. The overall performance too has improved, which is what we wanted out of this product.
Read full review Return on Investment We have cut our mailed AR by over 60% by exporting to foxit and emailing. We have cleared an entire room to be used as additional office space by scanning in old documents. The feature that allows you to directly type onto PDFs has increased our quality control by allowing us to highlight or add notes to important info. Read full review Definitely, it has a very positive impact so to speak. What we are trying to do through our program, we are utilizing the full capacity of Teamcenter to produce one structure in an effective way. So before we implement this activity, the user has to prepare 10 to 15 structures to reach to our best possible data that can be set across the systems. But now with the complete capability of Teamcenter, we are able to do all these things into one structure itself and then let the system do all the automation or the things that users do not have to concentrate on. All of the automations are done behind the systems and then it is improving not only the efficiency of the end user, but also making a standardized way in order to proceed and transfer the data holistically towards other systems like SAP.
