Well suited - 1. Quick archival esp in Google workspace apps. Very easy to archive and store important conversations, chats, etc. 2. Search and eDiscovery - Very important feature. Less appropriate - 1. Export - Very limited options and sometimes a cause of concern due to limited options post eDiscovery. 2. Integration - Very limited integration options and leads to the use of multiple alternatives or workspaces. 3. Archival post deletion - No option for this that leads to missing important elements sometimes.

To manage users, go to the admin dashboard, here is a section for users. In this users section here you can see which users are configured and you have the ability to suspend a user. If you want to edit or add users, you need to go to the Organization section, then click on another user section there, which then gives you the ability to edit or add users.

It is a robust software with great management and data model. It can be difficult to learn how to use and deploy the first time but the mapping and features work very well and have optimized our productivity and cost savings. We can customize reports, create rules and integrate with other applications. Overall I recommend it.

• Search - Post archival, Google Vault makes it pretty easy to search for relevant content and eDiscovery.

I'm not sure since I never used support. My colleagues never had any issues with it, therefore my rating would be an 8 with a certain range of uncertainty.

The integrator did a fair job and even though Business Change Management was complex, it was well concluded on time

The product is similar offering but it is already well integrated into the other g-suite products that we use. It works really well in terms of searching and indexing documents. Other products seemed more elaborate and were complex to implement and use. Since our use case was rather simpler data backup and retrieval, hence it seemed a good fit to implement

Informatica MDM has proven it's worth in the organization by driving the revenue growth. It saves our lot of time by filtering out duplicate values and helps in solving critical business problems. • I cannot speak to this for 2 reasons. 1. I am not privy to the financials associated with this implementation or the previous one. 2. We have not hit our 'go-live' for this implementation yet to compare it's performance to our previous solution.
