I think GreenJobInterview is an efficient use of time when both the company and interviewer are interested. If a person wanted to explore an area before agreeing to an opportunity that would involve relocation, I don't think this would be as good, but if the interviewee is comfortable with the location then I think this is great.
Read full review HireVue was very well suited for my interviewing process with my current company for both my initial hire and my lateral move within the organization. It was very convenient given where I am geographically located to interview with our corporate office in Rhode Island. It provided the convenience of interviewing remotely for the opening posted.

I thought that their support was great. They scheduled a pre-call to test my equipment, reception and all the other items that might go wrong. They also helped with lighting, volume, and positioning of the camera. They were very efficient and the setup process was done in less than 20 minutes. Emailing was timely and accurate for setup. Read full review It allows candidates to be recorded answering some initial interview questions and eliminates the need for recruiters or hiring manager to get on the phone or meet with them live. It stores the video interviews in a manner that is easy to do, use, and recover. I would have liked to have a little more say on when the pre-test call was. I don't think this was on GreenJobInterview, but I would have preferred different interview times. Read full review We have experienced some technical issues with the Live Interview feature. A lot of time it is because the user's computer settings are not set up correctly. They are working on adding a feature that will allow you to edit the email templates. Hoping for this to be released soon as it is nice to have different communications sent out for different cites around the globe. Customized CodeVues can be difficult to set up. The company is currently looking into other ATS systems, with that we aren't sure the need to continue to use HireVue.

This was different than an online meeting as they took the time to check setup, connections and make sure that everything went well. It was much more professional than a simple "Click this link to join" sort of operation
Read full review Gray Peak doesn't even compare to HireVue. Where I think Gray Peak is a 2 or 3 out of 10, I am absolutely convinced that HireVue is a 10! Yes there are probably some tweaks for HireVue but this product is truly amazing. It impresses me each day with the volume that we are able to put through and how it is a complete convenience for ALL parties involved in the process

As a user - it saved me time and allowed me to get back to my current job with minimal impact. I would think this would save lots of money in recruiting vs. paying flights, cars, meals, hotels, etc. for interviewees. Read full review Time to fill has been reduced/ shortened since we are able to screen more candidates quicker. Time to schedule has been shortened as candidates are able to self-schedule their own interviews with a hiring manager; no more chasing people through phone calls to coordinate multiple schedules. Candidate reach has been greatly enhanced - we can reach more candidates than we ever could with traditional phone screening.
