For both internal and external first interview steps (after an initial resume review), HireVue is an integral piece of the end to end recruitment process. HireVue eliminates scheduling for both the candidate and interviewer by providing a virtual platform to answer pre-selected questions at leisure within a specified timeframe. This gives each participating party flexibility and saves time.

- Allowing candidates to re-record if they mess up on their answer
- Could broaden its offering and look into innovative ways to service a more inclusive population (for example, this platform can potentially exclude our Individuals with Disabilities population).

- It can potentially negatively impact a candidate that isn’t accustomed to a virtual interview platform
