greytHR vs. WebHR

greytHR can be recommended when starting off exploring HRMS tools. However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. If you have a very big team, then this tool may not be the perfect fit as bugs will be easily visible

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Leave Management - Anyone can track and get leave approvals easily
• Daily Attendance Management - Check in-time, out-time, late time etc.
• Employee Information Management - Salary details, appraisal details etc. can be tracked on the portal.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Overall UI needs to be worked on, it looks outdated
• WFH option for employee attendance

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• Simply helped us manage payroll for our employees effectively
• Tax declaration was made easy in India as they also offered calculations based on the new & old tax regimes.
• Reduced manual effort in leave tracking for our team where it was done ineffectively prior to having greytHR

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
