Likelihood to Recommend 1. Making broad changes to data, like moving ownership of records from one user to another for a new Sales Rep or a moved Sales Rep. 2. Making broad changes to data for product changes, product introductions and such (product naming changes, product description changes, etc.). I recently had to make a change to the name of a Product Option. Product Options are a sub-object related to Product. This name change was in 22 places. Okay, 18 [is] not a lot, but to make this change individually 22 times is still very tedious and takes too much of my time. Instead, I set up my Grid with the Object and sub-Object and made all 22 changes at once with a mass change. Piece of cake. And I don't have to go back to several of the records to see if the change was made successfully (something you have to do with Dataloader). I could see the effective change all at once on my Grid screen.
Read full review I think Lead Liaison could work well for new companies without an existing tech stack as you can also use it as your CRM. For a more mature company, especially one with multiple existing platform, I do not think it is worth switching, as all of the features will likely seem inferior to alternative specialist tools, many of which are cheaper, better supported and better integrated

Read full review One item you did not ask, but should be in around customer support. They do a great job of working with you, training and ongoing questions. Lead Liaison is always available and easy to get answers. The dashboards are great to gain business trends. The social media management is easy and a great way to ensure content is being tracked. The ability to gain tracking code for additional tactics. Our team enjoys the easy access and useability. We work with our clients to make sure they have a tool that we can use to scale for their needs. They are quick to understand my request, review the options for solution and deliver the best option with the best outcome. Read full review I have not used any other product than Lead Liasion. I just recently started using this product and was not aware of the other options. Either way I am looking forward to seeing how far I am able to succeed using Lead Liasion and will continue to use this platform in the future.
