Great time-saver for nonprofit staff members but has become too expensive recently.

Overall Satisfaction with GridBuddy
At my mid-sized nonprofit organization almost every Salesforce user also uses GridBuddy. Uses include managing donor thank you calls (to Contacts, related to Opportunities and Tasks) that are assigned to staff, managing program event check-ins, reviewing and cleaning address information on Accounts and Contacts, and reviewing and updating the status and other fields on Campaign Member records in a variety of different situations. It allows our staff to view and update multiple records simultaneously, rather than having to go to each record separately, so it is a big time saver.
- Displaying fields from multiple related objects in one easy to read view.
- Allowing field updates to multiple fields and records at the same time.
- Filtering and displaying only the records relevant to a specific user.
- Does not allow users to create new Campaign Member records; we would like to be able to add multiple Campaign Member records to a Campaign in a Grid.
- Does not allow users to create new Task records; we would like to be able to add multiple Tasks records related to the same user but multiple Opportunities and Contacts.
- Time savings for many staff members
Many of the ReadyGrids don't really meet the use cases for nonprofit organizations, so all of our Grids are custom created.
We are a nonprofit organization and do not have sales teams, sales processes, or deal cycles. The product is helpful for nonprofit use cases as well, but the Grids have to be custom created in-house. They are pretty easy to create, so this is not a big problem. It's just this question doesn't apply to my organization.
