Likelihood to Recommend I think Harpoon works best for freelancers, consultants, self employed people and smaller companies with less client to bill. For larger enterprises with hundreds or thousands of clients, there are larger, more intricate platforms in the market that are better suited for those needs.

Read full review I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! Read full review I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I've used Less Accounting and & Quickbooks Online. After Less Accounting was acquired, its development was mostly stopped. While the tool was a simple way to manage invoices and expenses, its directional philosophy changed with the new owners. Quickbooks Online was a solid tool, but the company support was unhelpful and hard to work with at times. Harpoon provides a great tool, with a company that cares about its users.
