HubSpot CRM is great for automating and tracking sales. The ability to create new pipelines and deals means frequency plans can easily be maintained, and you can maintain relationships with clients instead of neglecting them when not tracked properly in other sales CRMs.

Lasso is a simple and easy-to-use CRM, above and beyond the daily tasks that the sales team or sales assistant complete, it allows our accounting department to generate reports and prepare invoices accordingly for commissions generated based on sales of condos.

  • Lasso helps keep everything organized, from dividing the sales efforts of multiple sales people across multiple neighborhoods, to allowing us to track which floorplans and lots our potential buyers are interested in.
  • Setting up a robust prospect nurturing plan is easy, allowing our sales team to effortlessly follow pre-determined templates for follow up.

  • The HubSpot scheduler needs the ability to have text reminders and the ability for prospects to be able to cancel or change their appointments on their own
  • SalesMessage needs the ability to call prospects who are in other countries. Our dialer only works in the US and Canada.
  • We need the ability for leads in Hubspot to automatically update the account owner to the AE that's doing the demo for that prospect/lead

    Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

    I used NetSuite and other CRM's before. If I will compare those CRM to HubSpot, there are many features that are not available on the other CRM's that I used. Specially on performance tracking, email campaigns, email tracking for open and clicks rate, log calls and monitoring and dashboards. Also, I did not encounter more than 1 system system issue on it. My common issue that I encounter using HubSpot is just a slow pacing but that's okay

    Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

    Honestly, I think Salesforce would be a better option, it's a little harder to learn how to use but when you do I feel like the data and metrics sync better and give you better reports, also there is a lot of integrations that bring better results. However, the reason why we decided to go with Hubspot was because of pricing
