Hustle vs. Salesforce Mobile

Hustle is best suited for messages that require a response, like Yes/No for RSVP or asking if they need more info about a topic. We use Hustle to communicate with students in higher education to inform them about important information like upcoming payment deadlines or to encourage attendance at events like orientation.

It is well-suited for use cases where you already use Salesforce as a CRM, as it works hand in hand. Also, it can connect to Slack and supports Mulesoft integrations, making it an all-in-one ecosystem. For use cases like ours, where field service reps need an app to add work notes or enter their absences, etc., the app works great.

• Clicking an address deep-links directly into Google Maps, eliminating the need to copy-paste data between apps while driving.
• The app handles technical payroll jargon surprisingly well. I can dictate a meeting summary while walking back to my car, and it saves as a formatted note.
• Log calls and emails immediately after they happen.

• Just like Salesforce, there's a lot you can do with the app. It can feel overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for.
• This isn't necessarily a fault, but when you use Salesforce on a computer most of the time, when going to Mobile you do have to make an adjustment and be prepared for a different layout and navigation.

The mobile is usable for all the smaller tasks also from the developer we can make them create button from which we can trigger automations, the app is used for on the go updates to the crm. The log in process is simple, it also has offline capabilities which is a plus point.

Amazing support staff. Whether you have a dedicated contact or just help from their support channel, they help clear issues very quickly.

I haven't had the need to contact support, but the online community has a VAST knowledge of support if you're in need. For instance, I needed to know how I could set the dashboard up to automatically refresh and the online community helped me within minutes.

We have also used RAVE and Google Voice to send text massages. RAVE does not allow for one-to-one communication with recipients an Google Voice does not let you easily communicate with list of contacts and lacks the interface for canned responses. Neither provides the quality reporting that is available in Hustle.

I haven't tried another service yet, therefore I can't give a comparative example from another software. Nevertheless, I can say that the experience that I had so far is pretty amazing. I am able to do things for my job without the need of a laptop, like I can be walking around a city where I am visiting potential clients and check all the data that we have on the way there. It really boosts my productivity.

• Reduces the amount of times i need to get in the computer during weekends (to check stuff)
• Reduces the heaviness of my bag when im doing field sales
