A good match for someone looking into Iconosquare would be a social media manager looking to streamline their analytics process. It is for someone who may be pulling these numbers manually and wants a centralized location to pull numbers across platforms. Iconosquare also allows you to schedule your content, which provides another one-stop shop. Where it would be less suited is someone who may not use more than one social platform.

It needs the ability to save hashtags. Some of the other tools offer this, so I emailed Planable and asked them to consider adding it.

It does what you need, but could have a bit more features for the price. $30 a month just to post things on Facebook or Instagram is a bit steep, given that that's all you can do.

Emailed them a month ago to add hashtags, but they didn't add the functionality yet. Given that the product has stayed exactly the same since, I'm guessing the developers don't want to add this feature so I give the support a rating of 1.

  • It's allowed us to view IG story metrics even after they have passed over the 14 day review in Instagram Insights
  • The graphs are easy for us to send to clients as they are not very complex or complicated to read
  • There have been no issues or errors with retrieving data with a quick turnaround.
