We use Social Text as a platform to air our issues with different departments. We voice our concerns and suggestions so we can help find a solution to the problems we incur on a daily basis. We need to have social text as an app so we can communicate in real time not only during work hours.

• It is not overloaded. Clear to finish the things in mind.
• It is flexible to the Team and the upcoming crowd
• The design is very impressive and we love it
• So we can link simple to it from our page
• In my opinion it is an alternative to this normal roadmap

• Search result quality was also not that good
• I know they have improved their UI recently but when i used it last year it did not really have any design elements which could be used to make the articles look more presentable. It was important for us as we used it for external communication as well.

We have a lot of info in Socialtext already. It would be hard to get all that info out and port it to a different system

None. This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services.We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

It has all the thing need it included on the price, and works perfectly online. I didn't have to rely on third-parties to get basic features like time management or budget management. Also the setup process is quite easy and fast, we were able to setup this and migrate all our data in less than a day.

I frankly like Confluence better than socialtext because of the speed and the quality of search. They also have better design elements which can help make the articles pleasant to the eyes.

• Our team members are recognized for contributing improvement ideas and hence our team is encouraged to think outside the box about business challenges.
