inFlow Inventory vs. SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)

inFlow Inventory is a very useful tool for any and every e-commerce business that wishes to have a more efficient and seamless means of managing their inventory. It is particularly well suited to small businesses such as mine who need the extra hand and a products-based business that has goods to track.

SAP Cloud ERP is best suited for medium- to large-sized organizations seeking scalability, real-time insights, and standardized processes. It will help them streamline financial operations & core HR functions, optimize inventory management & procurement process. • The ease of use is phenomenal. Unlike other software where the dealer comes and sets up the whole system, you can do this all by yourself.
• You can upload multiple items detail in inventory via CSV file rather than enter each item detail.
• It gives you features to which you can change the virtual location of any item.
• We are an eCommerce Business. Therefore, we want the status for each item which is available in our stock, whether it was returned from a customer or rejected by the vendor. In addition, inFlow gives you all these functionalities on a single platform.
• It's a user-friendly application which doesn't require an expert to configure it.
• You can integrate InFlow with eCommerce solution i.e. Magento & Shopify.

• Lag - The software lags a bit while communicating with server. It causes a little delay and frustration for certain features
• Reporting - Although the reporting is good enough it lacks a certain amount of customization for reports
• Integrations - While the software integrates smoothly with a lot of accounting softwares, it sometimes creates issues with certain l2c erp systems

• The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.
• Implementation of AI bot on common tasks.
• There are no offline functionality that users can use remotely.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

SAP requires
a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

I haven’t used any other inventory management system before using inFlow Inventory, I feel very lucky to have found a software that does what I need it to do without the need to try any other software prior. It meets my eCommerce small business needs and I’m very satisfied with the customer service I receive from this app.

The platform utilizes advanced predictive analytics to anticipate operational bottlenecks and put them out of commission before the problems become larger. We can proactively develop effective strategies that help keep service quality in the face of unexpected changes in the market, or external disruptions, by continuously analyzing historical performance data as well as elements of the current market

• inFlow has a lot of important inventory management features, but I like the easy import tool that adds stock to the database in less than a minute.
• You can keep track of inventory, purchase orders, modify items, and generate reports of sales, salesperson, product, statistics. The possibilities are endless with this tool.
• The software is very easy to work with and see real-time updates. Everything from transferring stock to pulling stock and inputting new products is done with ease.

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
