Inhubber vs. OneSpan Sign

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

OneSpan Sign is suited to many professional business situations. It is well used by the legal, security and compliance teams as well as many people within the financial functions. A lot of businesses have become very agile, and require a paperless environment to working. There are some companies and businesses who would prefer paper documents to be signed, which would not work as well as the paperless versions. I would use it in many different scenarios where I would prefer to have a paperless transaction

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• One can set up a workflow in which one can specify the order in which signatures have to be done.
• Customer service is great and always ready to go the extra mile.
• Pricing is very transparent, and there are no hidden charges.

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

• Search capabilities can be improved by a great extent. We still can't search documents by name of the signatory
• Pricing seems a bit high when compared with other players in the market
• Data importing and exporting capabilities can be improved drastically

I don't see any reasons to change as their solution covers all my need for now. I could make even more integrations but that might be something that I will do down the road. I'm used to working with the interface and my data is all there as well.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

The product is so well designed and built that we rarely need to reach out to customer service. But we have reached out to them in case of downtime, and we have always gotten a satisfactory response. We never had to follow up, as customer service executives were very responsible.

My experience with OneSpan in the customer service has been very positive. However, since my experience with OneSpan is much more recent, most of my technical experience with OneSpan includes technical areas that were not available in other products at the time I was working with other products.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.

• It has done what we got it for. It has made it much easier for our advisers to do business with clients in remote areas.
