JobAdder vs. WebHR

I've already answered this question. JobAdder is easy to use, easy to configure, has great support, has a strong product roadmap, good partner integrations...really a top-notch platform.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use

• Job requisition process could be more fleshed out
• Would be good to have different levels of access for different users
• Having multiple workflow and email templates variations can quickly make things cluttered

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

PCRecruiter was our original choice for a software company to use because of the price and multiple reviews. However, when it comes to accessibility, JobAdder is the clear winner. While it may not be as customizable as some of the other companies out there, it is easy to use amongst the group, can be accessed anywhere, and keeps documents and files organized.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• The ability to post to multiple job boards from one platform, along with automated candidate tracking, has saved recruiters admin time
• Rigid workflows make it difficult to scale or tailor the system
• Slow product updates and minimal evolution in core features over time can lead to stagnation.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
