Jobma vs. Wonderlic Select

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.

As I described, [WonScore Pre-Employment Testing (formerly Wonderlic Employee & Customer Surveys)] is very useful in screening candidates for smarts, motivation, and personality quirks. Wouldn't interview candidate without it now

• I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
• We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

Works great. Its affordable and reliable. Great support. Whats not to like

Extremely easy to use. I maintain a candidate spreadsheet for backup and entering a new candidate takes only a minute or less. System notifies me when candidate completes assessment as well as when a candidate scores strongly. Seamlessly integrated into my existing candidate procurement method.

I really never had to use support - maybe only a few times in more than 5 years. Any interaction I had was positive, solutions were immediate, responses were well crafted and easy to follow. The software really is fairly intuitive. Any issues that came up were easy to resolve in a quick, easy, pleasant conversation!

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.

I have used Personnel Survey & Research Group tool (PSR), DISC, and Predictive Index (PI). None of them offer the balance of accuracy, valuable insights, and speed to results. The DISC system seems to be a simulation of the Predictive Index. The PI is the closest tool I have used to the value of WonScore. However, the WonScore Pre-Employment Testing gives a MUCH more valuable set of insights.

• Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
• It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.

• Gives us a much better understanding of a candidate's future performance by understanding where they are today.
