Jumplead (discontinued) vs. Postal

Jumplead is an amazing tool for marketing automation. It has proven to be a great tool for tracking visitors' activities like chat sessions, web visits, email communications, and if forms have been filled out. It notifies us whenever the visitors open an email. Jumplead is efficient, and reliable and it works well for b2b sales. Our department and sales team are totally satisfied with it.

• Pricing. Jumplead is dollar for dollar the best bang for you buck.
• Simplicity. Jumplead includes only the essential features that most small businesses need.
• Fanatically support. Response time is measured in minutes and is incredibly helpful.

• Integrates with sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
• Provides tracking and reporting on spending and channel effectiveness
• Offers an extensive marketplace of various items for any budget
• Comes with unlimited seats and sends

• Contacts - The first and last name are mandatory for upload, which doesn't always work with our client contact lists. They started lead gen forms that captured contacts before starting with Jumplead that didn't require first and last name, so importing into Jumplead is either null and void or you have to fill in the spreadsheet with a letter in the first and last name column, which can be timely and inefficient.

• Navigation -Took time to find custom hyper links.
• Finding items - Can be hard to find where items are on platform.
• Layout could be better.

Works well, has features I need, competitive pricing, great support

We get so much value out of the platform that I can't find any legitimate or logical reason why we wouldn't renew. Their team has been a pleasure to work with.

I love the tool, and my team relies on it heavily. We just completed our quarterly review and were able to track every single dollar spent

Jumplead is cheaper and leaner than "Confusionsoft" and makes a hell of a lot more sense than stapling 5 other software together.

Postal.io was a more budget-friendly option than the alternatives I considered. We knew our gifting budget wouldn't be huge so we were willing to go with something less established in order to make sure we had as much budget left over as possible. We also like the flexibility with Postal.io that we could add almost anything to their marketplace if we could find it available online.

• It sends automated follow up emails enabling us to form more connections with clients.
• The great analytic capabilities are helpful in graphically accounting for data.
• It allows for our marketing executives to personalize campaigns for our company and send them to uploaded contacts easily.
