Read full review The specific scenarios where Rippling is well suited is using it for the single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities and integrating it with other software. It is also well suited for time tracking, payroll, and managing PTO/time off. I enjoy how fast it is when I use it for the single sign on capabilities and how easy it is to see which employees have PTO coming up.
Read full review Pros Useful for either, in-person or online classes: it can work from a projector or screen in in-person classes, or by sharing the screen in online classes. Excellent to get an idea of the understanding or knowledge level of a group of people: depending on the intention of the game, the professor or person in charge of it can make and change the questions to address certain points. Easy to use for both professors and students: Kahoot is intuitive, simple, and fun to use. Interactive and engaging: Kahoot is a game designed to work as a tool for professors, which makes it perfect to use with students. Read full review Rippling integrates with QuickBooks Online. As such, we no longer have to post our weekly payroll journal entry manually. The payroll journal entry syncs automatically from Rippling to QuickBooks Online weekly. This has helped saved our accounting department time. The onboarding workflows in Rippling are terrific. We have been able to assign tasks to our team when we hire a new team member. This allows are staff to stay organized and it also helps ensure that all tasks are completed in advance of the new hires first day with the company. We use the Rippling spend module to help manage corporate credit cards that are issued to staff members. When a staff member makes a purchase on their corporate card they receive a text message. Once the staff member receives the text message they reply to the text with a picture of the receipt and a memo describing the transaction. This process has helped alleviate the amount of admin time the accounting department spends on gathering receipts and information from card holders. We really like the org chart since it can be accessed by all employees. This allows our staff to see who reports to who and what each employee's job title is. This allows for more effective lines of communication within the organization. Read full review Cons They can add more ways to perform quizzes. The site is not very simple to find your way through. It is uploaded with so much data; therefore it would be good if they can organize it a little bit. It would be good to give free templates to free users to attract them. Read full review The goals can be a bit confusing, with subgoals and parent goals and the way progress is tracked Being able to tie in our Empower 401(k) would be a great feature, if it doesn't already exist Integrated support with Expensify would also be nice, if it doesn't already exist Read full review Likelihood to Renew Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
Read full review Usability The site's currently layout feels busy. If you are not a seasoned Kahoot user, it is easy to be distracted and overwhelmed by the information presented. I would not recommend this site to a novice computer user. If the user is tech-savvy and willing to navigate the help topics provided by the site, lessons and games can be created more easily with time and practice.
Read full review Rippling is intuitive for both the administrators and the employees. It is easy to find information, make employment changes (i.e. pay rate changes, job transfers, etc.), update documents like new employee handbooks, and so much more. I was impressed with the Rippling U courses and how quickly I was able to learn the system after going through those instructional classes.
Read full review Reliability and Availability I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.
Read full review Performance Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.

Read full review I faced an issue with my payroll. I raised a ticket in rippling to customer support, and they instantly reached out to me regarding the problem; they were in constant touch and provided regular updates about the problem until it was resolved, and they resolved it pretty quickly, which I didn't expect, I faced the same issue in my previous org, it took way too long because they weren't using rippling and it was some other website.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Kahoot is better for my competitive students, they love seeing their name constantly on the leaderboard. Kahoot has more lessons to chose from and my students simply like it more than
Quizizz .
Quizizz is good for more formal assessments, while Kahoot is better for more whole review of content. Both are appropriate in different situations!

Leapsome and
Greenhouse a lot, but ultimately, we got rid of them because Rippling offered similar options and the huge benefit was having just one platform. Rippling didn't necessarily outperform the other platforms, but the convenience of having everything in one place and being able to integrate all aspects of certain processes (e.g., Performance Management) with other processes and information in Rippling was important to us.
Read full review Scalability I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
Read full review Return on Investment We use the free version so there is definitely ROI for us. It provides easy access to a quiz feature without having to use complicated software. So many people are using it now that some students seem to be getting a little "over it." Read full review Rippling has been super helpful in understanding how I get paid and why, boosting morale.
