Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

And I love how collaborative all the different areas are with us as customers. I feel that our contribution is valued. allowing them to make all of their sales calls throughout the day without compromising their personal cell phones. We can even connect your mobile numbers on the back end, allowing our reps to receive calls on their mobile, wherever they happen to be at the time.

  • Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
  • The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
  • The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

  • Customizing the chat icon was easy, and changes can be implemented on the site in seconds.

  • An email automation option similar to text messages.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

  • The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
  • The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually
