I guess well suited for all kinds of use cases, scenarios across the industry, geography, businesses, etc.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
• Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

The main factor was use cases implemented elsewhere in the BFSI domain besides competitive cost & implementation timelines.

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually

• Chatbot is another touch point for customer to do servicing of their loan.
• The following are the benefits for the customers.
