kvCORE has a better looking IDX website and claims to have many more features and customization options. In my opinion, the problem is that the kvCORE system doesn't function well, if at all, and as far as customization in reality you can't even get it customized enough to make …
Propertybase is so responsive it makes you feel like they really care about your business. No hard sell. Price is affordable. So many different ways to reach out for help if you need to and they are very responsive.
I didn't chose kvCORE. It's the only type system my brokerage has used since I joined. My brokerage is fabulous & I will not let KV Core be the reason I go elsewhere. I wish I could tell you how it compares to others similar systems. All O know is my own sad way to isn't good …
The CRM Zillow or Realtor.com provide to you don't even come close to comparing. They aren't built to be a CRM the way kvCORE is. In my opinion, kvCORE exceeds both platforms by a landslide.
All had their strengths and weaknesses. Salesforce was very robust but the learning curve would be too great for the older agents. Real Geeks just wasn't strong enough. LionDesk was good but very pricey for what you received. Their back-office software is really good. kvCORE …
None of these other platforms provide the robust Broker agent management and analytics that kvCORE has. In kvCORE, you can log in as an admin and edit / provide support for agent websites. You can create and share smart campaigns with agents. You can see how many leads, at what …
Brivity was an excellent CRM. The new brokerage we went to had kvCORE as part of the plan and why we changed. I would definitely go back to Brivity given the choice.
Konversion and BoomTown are the only two I have used. Both have their things to recommend. Since I used Konversion, using kvCORE was simpler and I was able to upload my contacts seamlessly. This made adopting a new system easier and less likely to have a gap in contacting …
kvCore is much better than Top Producer because it is automated. If you do not have an assistant then Top Producer is basically useless. It gives a lot of todos, it doesn't just do it. kvCore is just easier to use and much more intuitive than CINC. It has things built in …
It has been over 3 years since I evaluated other systems. With how fast technology changes and features are added, I don't feel like I am up to date enough to speak to this question.
I do not use any other similar products at this time. Several of the options that are available to me (CRMs) offer similar options but are more effort on my side. OutboundEngine is more or less automatic and I love that!
I selected it for the ability to have an automated system do 3 things all at once, social media posts, emails and the instant communication with the chat box. I have never seen a chat come through that lead to a helpful client touchpoint. I have never used another product but …
I have not opted for others. However, I do add my own offerings and content making me realize just how easy and cost-effective this is to do in spite of the volume OE provides. I do like postings to attract others and not be the same as others in my community.
OutboundEngine is more of a general information program that with more frequent postings. My clients are more interested in this type of postings, than one on a home I sold or open house that I am doing. However, I do have a free email program that I use several times a month …
have used others in the past Personally I have not received any benefit in productivity from the program yes it tells me who is looking and who is most active. but that is it
I also use PressLike. What I like about OutboundEngine is it uses my email database to send relative topics to my clients along with social media postings. PressLike offers primarily social media, but offers more customizable ways to market myself, my listings and any other …
Intouch systems was a service I used but I don't think it is any of the ones referenced in the list. I constantly had to go in and repost things because it couldn't post to my accounts. It did also send out emails, but it wasn't getting on my social media. It was 1/3 the price …
OBE has automated emails, that are industry-specific, so I don't have to create them. On the surface, this is a plus, but my lead generation results have been very poor. Started writing my own emails, now the advantage from OBE is gone. OBE has social media posts, this is a …
Affordability is important and OutboundEngine is affordable. I like the expertise in this field they have. I really appreciate they don’t constantly bother me trying to sell me more services, etc. Any time I have needed to call the company, their reps are always available. …
My company offers a service called Octopost where they post to my social media platforms, but I don't feel like the content is as good and it doesn't reach as much of my database as the OutboundEngine newsletters do.
I can't name one thing I like about using kvCORE. It has so many moving parts. This was what was offered by my brokerage & the training is all via long online prerecorded training sessions. I gave them many hours before I decided it would be more advantageous to take my leads & not use any part of kvCORE.
OutboundEngine does a referral campaign and I've been able to close a couple of deals based on getting in touch with people who engage with this campaign and state they could use my services in the next 6 months. This is a great follow up tool for those you may or may not know are going to be needing your services.
Effortlessly keeps me in touch with my leads- kvCORE automatically sends texts and emails to my leads when they favorite a property, begin their search again, or sign up on my site. It also calls me to directly connect to any new leads that I haven't yet contacted. I don't even have to think about it or schedule it, kvCORE automatically does it all for me.
Effortlessly generates leads for me- with the squeeze page feature, all I have to do is copy and paste my customized direct link into my ads and kvCORE does the rest for me. It prompts the person for their contact info, sends them homes in the area and price range that is similar to the ad they clicked on, lets me know that I have a new lead, and automatically texts them from "me" thanking them for visiting my page and letting them know they can contact me with any questions. If they don't respond, kvCORE then calls me to automatically connect me with the lead to make sure that no one falls through the cracks.
Helps me to effortlessly stick to a daily schedule- kvCORE keeps me on schedule by giving me tasks to complete each day to be sure I'm staying in contact with my leads. All I have to do is login, click on my notifications at the top and follow the instructions. Call this lead....add a search alert for this lead.....add a market report for this lead....it makes it so easy to stay on task!
The content that they generate to send to our clients is relevant and the clients want to engage with us. It makes us appear more professional and consistent, even though we are a smaller company.
It helps us stay in touch with clients and helps us stay top of mind. We are able to generate more new business leads if we are in consistent contact with current, former, and potential clients.
Their customer service and support is outstanding. All my questions were answered and I went into the program feeling confident and knowledgeable.
Literally everything. I think their free websites are terrible. Good luck getting it to pop up well on a google search.
In my experience, their campaigns are useless on their own.
In my opinion, Support is terrible
Emails lack options to add attachments
System doesn’t remove duplicate clients
In my experience, when you transfer a lead, they will keep getting the previous agents campaigns. I think this is super confusing for consumer and terrible for agents since you need to constantly babysit kvCORE.
AS my business is beginning to change and with volatility in the market, I have to rely seriously on a budget. That and nearing retirement consideration has me more likely to opt out in the near future.
It doesn't deserve a zero because you can access contacts and get reminders to contact them. In my experience, you can not use the system for proper communication with both prospects and their spouses.
Overall, OutboundEngine is very user friendly. It is simple to set up and explore, and if there are any issues or questions, the customer service team and account managers are always available to help. They are very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything in detail to me. The program is easy to navigate and helps me stay organized, and an uncomplicated and straightforward solution was exactly what I was looking for
I don't recall having any issues needing to contact OutboundEngine. I believe maybe I once emailed about an issue and got a quick response. I also believe I may have messaged through the app and gotten a response. To my knowledge, there has been nothing like app errors or outages.
I have not used support for myself, but my team has to upload contacts into the Smart CRM. Since there are specific categories used in kvCORE, the template is very important to make sure they match and can be reconciled. The team members who used support were very excited to have their help.
The customer service was excellent! Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. My account manager was easily reachable. Setup of the OutboundEngine program was explained really thoroughly, and we knew how we could best use the product to meet the needs of our clients and get our online and social media presence off the ground.
kvCORE has a better looking IDX website and claims to have many more features and customization options. In my opinion, the problem is that the kvCORE system doesn't function well, if at all, and as far as customization in reality you can't even get it customized enough to make it function at the most basic level. Firepoint was far superior in all functional aspects and they never took our website offline over 5 years time where kvCORE seems to do so every month or so.
I selected it for the ability to have an automated system do 3 things all at once, social media posts, emails and the instant communication with the chat box. I have never seen a chat come through that lead to a helpful client touchpoint. I have never used another product but have since begun to weigh some of the less expensive options.
We haven't converted any leads yet, out of about 800 total leads. But it's a tough market. And FB leads just suck in general. The reported cost per lead in kvCORE is artificially low since the number of leads it tracks is much higher than actual conversions. Their support says this is due to duplicates, but I consistently track about a 30% overreporting due to duplicates, which is unreasonably high.
Super high perceived value to our agents. They love kvCORE and love that we 1 on 1 help them set it up and use it. I think this 1 on 1 support is the key, but it wouldn't be possible without a great system.
The efficiencies of the system have dramatically reduced our operational time to onboard new agents. We used to go through a long process to create and set up new websites for agents. Now it takes about 5 minutes to get a new agent going with kvCORE, and a website live!
