Likelihood to Recommend The free trial is a good option for start-up businesses or nonprofits. You are limited to 3 accounts and 5 scheduled posts, but you can save drafts ahead, then schedule after some are posted. The paid version is nice but higher price point for start-ups. I can't remember if the insights are useful.

It currently does not map well to Hootsuite Enterprise's publishing dashboard and requires manually mapping on the back end to connect the two systems. We pay separately for Hootsuite Ads. Hootsuite Impact could better integrate with the Ads platform to get a holistic view of paid and free campaigns. There are a lot of different sections in the platform--for recommendations, insights, dashboards, etc. You can also search things by saving filtered searches and applying those filters to other areas of the platform. How these things work together isn't always clear or intuitive. Read full review Although it relates very well with most social networks we wish they could soon include TikTok in the tool, one of the fastest growing in recent times and where we could find many more influencers with different skills that fit the needs of our consumers. I would like to see in Tagger Media a comparative report where they show the results of some or other influencers when the assigned tasks are finished, this could help us in improving decision making for our advertising campaigns surely getting a much more accurate result. It would be interesting to see the information of the tasks of the influencers we hire in real time, i.e., if we contact 5 influencers, we could see a real-time flowchart with the current status of their tasks and thus be able to keep a better relationship of time and performance in our projects. Read full review Out of the other influencer management/SaaS platforms I've used, Tagger is my favorite. I trust the numbers I see and use within Tagger, whereas other platforms I'm a bit more cautious of that are scraping data. I also have to say that Tagger's customer support is fantastic, my representative is always friendly, patient, and responsive, providing thorough answers to any question we send her way. Additionally, there is a live chat feature within the platform that is also easy to use and someone always responds fairly quickly, whereas other services I've used have taken days to get a response to a simple question.
Read full review Return on Investment The time savings for posting has positive ROI by adding leverage. They send emails offering a free upgrade trial but didn't say it was only for first-time users. When I tried that, they charged me for the whole year. Luckily they did refund the cost ($588) and moved back to the free version. That was a shock to see on my card. This was a helpful step for my business.
