At the time we had to choose between several versions of marketing products. We decided to choose LoopFuse since a few of our employees were quite amused with the ease of use of LoopFuse. Also when looking at cost-effectiveness LoopFuse is a great product for the smaller …

Better contact with the supplier, great support during implementation, more intuitive tool
If we are talking about ecommerce I think SALESmanago wins for the variety of tools he has. Hubspot clearly is better than SALESmanago on CRM and reporting are area but it doesn't have the same variety of tools such as RFM, Website recommendations, social proofs and so on. The …
Freshmail has fewer features. It helps in managing emails, but they are not as extensive as SALESmanago. In SALESmanago, the analytics are more accurate and show more information. I can also set up automatic email cycles.
I use many marketing automation tools, and I choose the right tool for the right job. I like to use SALESmanago because of its great support and very good price for the product.
In my opinion, SALESmanago is a system that gathers plenty of important tools in one ecosystem and it does it mostly smoothly. All the tools on SALESmanago seem to be well connected between each other. This system was chosen by my predecessors and specific details about decision …
We use SALESmanago [CDP & Marketing Automation] because we want to ease efforts in inbound marketing and multichannel marketing automation. Tool is user friendly UX.
SALESmanago competes well on functionality with other offerings and we agreed to work with them because they were very aggressive in the beginning, but every customer we sent their way was turned off by the sales personnel.
I highly recommend SALESmanago because it simplifies and automates the work for any business. Unlike many other alternatives on the market, it really is a solution capable of delivering the promised results.
My advice in choosing software in general is to know what you want to get out of the software. Then start researching the software on your own to see what features and benefits each has that will help you accomplish what you need. Once you have a good idea of what sorts of features you're looking for, reach out to the vendors that have them to see demos. Get really in-depth with your demos and ask for practical use-cases for each feature. Free trials are pretty useless with this sort of technology because the initial set-up is so time-consuming that you would either not set it up properly, or you would not stop using the provider you chose after the set up because you don't want to do it again!
I find SalesManago to be a good tool for email marketing and automation processes. They live chat service allows fast and direct communication with customers. Website personalisation (tools like pop-ups and browser notification) work fine but I'd like to have a bit more personalisation options to be avalaible to users.
The solution is easy to use, once you learn it. Given that the marketing automation software is very complex, they managed to create a user-friendly interface, easy to use even without programming knowledge.
Educates users and customers - It is impressive how many resources SALESmanago invested in educating customers. We are talking about video tutorials, webinars every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, blog articles, infographics, free eBooks, Marketing Automation Day, events etc.
Multiple tools integrated into one - it's a habit that you find all the information and tools you need in one place. There are other solutions on the market, but SALESmanago is among the only ones that provides an overview
30 day free trial - the advantage is that you do not have to pay first to use the solution. In the 30 day trial you have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of this tool and see if it fits to your business.
Their expansion into the US has not been very successful, and if you are a West Coast customer want training, be prepared to get up at 4 a.m.
While their functionality is comparable to competing products there is nothing particularly unique to what they offer
Their instructional literature was obviously not produced by people for who English is a first language and they are not particularly English proficient.
SALESmanago is a pretty big tool (with lots of features), but if you know the principles - everything is easy to find, and easy to understand. Of course there are some settings or funcionalities which needs to be updated but still using SALESmanago is totaly different experience than 5-6 years ago (in a good way)

The other platforms do other jobs than SM and they don't have a CDP.
The workflows were really easy to build and definitely increased our lead conversion. We did a lot of webinars, eBooks, etc - and it was so easy to decide on workflows to turn those prospects into hot leads by watching what they did on our website, or what they clicked on in our emails.
Lead scoring also made our sales team more efficient. We had quite a few leads coming through our system, and many were not sales ready - but Loopfuse could transfer the lead score into Salesforce to show them which leads to focus on, as well as why the leads had the score they did (Loopfuse also imported lead activity into Salesforce - including emails sent, opened, clicked, webpages viewed, forms filled out, etc).
