Luigi's Box vs. Meiro CDP

Luigi's Box is the perfect solution for sales platforms that have search engine problems on their site. - personalization (The platform helps us with execution of several triggers - abandoned shopping cart, shopping intention etc. We are not bounded by capability of platform - anything can be executed on our own.) - CDP + ETL (Platform offers two products Meiro Integrations and Meiro Business Explorer - first one is sort of ETL tool using which, we can create custom data pipelines, connect to various data sources, build own connectors and schedule very complicated jobs. Second tool is more related to creating the custom segments, schedule regular export to another marketing platforms. I like how these two worlds are split. It just make sense to work with it.) - predictive modelling (There is huge potential for data engineering and data science teams to fully operate the platform - running CLV models, recommendation engines, creating complicated data pipelines from various data sources bringing them on one place. I thing about Meiro as amazing execution platform for such teams - running CLV modelling on data marts and use outputs in Meiro.) - platform enabling collaborative work (Platform offers various departments an environemnt, where they can work productively.)

• Recognising synonyms and mis-spellings to still show our customers accurate and relevant search results.
• Great analytics section showing trending searches and non-converting searches, aiding in future product development and our priorities for what products we want to show the customer.
• The boost function which allows us to prioritise showing customers certain products over others, which improves conversions.

• By being able to include segmentation operations within our customer management, it is no longer necessary to opt for the use of GDPR software, as Meiro and its end-to-end solution system is enough to cover the entire data matching quota, to properly define which salesperson is best suited to each customer (that's why we use this tool).

• More choice for customisation and layout would be good.
• More payment options for example the choice to pay via direct debit.

• We do not agree with the derogatory opinion about our experience using Meiro, as the service proved to maintain a quite positive quality level, so we are satisfied with the investment made in the use of Meiro and with the results, it has shown us when modeling information.

As I mentioned in the previous points, Luigis Box helped us to improve the overall services for our customers, whether in the area of ​​product search, optimization of various processes, improvement of service quality, etc. Within our company, all of us who work with him are really satisfied with him. If we were to recommend the tool we use to other companies, Luigi's Box would be a clear choice for us :)

Their support is excellent. Quick and helpful.

The price is a lot better than Clerk, and the speed of integration is much simpler. Our IT team had so many issues intergating Clerk and the price kept on increasing. Whereas with Luigi's Box it was the exact opposite. Price is good for the system you receive and the integration is easy.

We started with Meiro. There was nothing here previously.

• Simple construction of a data feed = low cost
• Easy to implement with the provided script - without having to hire a programmer
• The search results presented after minor configuration are much better than in search engines built into SaaS e-commerce
