MB is much too rigid and has folks working with them who don't think outside the box. Unless you specifically outline every single scenario, you will not be happy with their results

pharosIQ delivered well on our TOFU ask with scaled lead delivery across 5 geographies. Having a single vendor POC helped to streamline communications across the global campaigns to ensure quality, quantity and fulfillment was continually fulfilled. We struggled with the mid-funnel program as the conversion forward was not very successful to sales ready leads. We also did not hit the benchmark of survey completions as originally proposed from pharosIQ from other customers who completed this campaign.

  • I wish they could deliver sales ready appointments (not many vendors can).
  • It took us some time to get their legal team's feedback for the agreement.
  • Their costumer success team can do a bit better in offering additional perks where applicable.

I am happy with the relationship and the attention we get from pharosIQ throughout our interactions, maintaining this is key to getting the best possible leads for our clients, Yasmin and Colin have always been very clear in what they can and cannot do which I fully appreciate. The reporting is always on a weekly basis and more if requested, and communication is key in our industry. I am wholly satisfied to continue the working relationship, and I thank the MRP team for their Support.

We have some employees that worked with memoryblue, so we assumed we had some insider knowledge and would have an effective campaign. Those very people are now quite frustrated with memoryblue, and wish nothing more than to separate from them. They are MUCH too rigid in how they approach lead gen.

pharosIQ wins in the customer service department. I will say, Anteriad tends to deliver more accurate leads that fit within our ICP. We are also considering running other programs with Anteriad. So, similarly, pharosIQ is also pivoting our strategy to help us meet our goals. I think both are comparable products and/or companies.
