Currently, we utilize the services of pharosIQ for Outbound Lead Gen Telemarketing Campaigns. We put forward multiple Enterprise Products as our focus, and each activity faces its own challenges. However, the main challenge we have is the available budget afforded to us by our clients on our end to execute such campaigns.

- One drawback would be from repeat leads in the past on different campaigns, which would be acceptable as sometimes similar products are put forward however we would like for this to be flagged and corrected before we receive them.
As with any brief we send in, the end result is based on our customer's needs and expectations, be it top-of-funnel leads or bottom-funnel, which in most cases is bottom-funnel. We have had all our requests fulfilled in full with every campaign and have had no issues with the ability of Lead fulfillment from pharosIQ.
Based on the nature of our business and our client's needs, we use multiple suppliers for a range of products. we cannot speak to the use of any other platform apart from Telemarketing as that is our sole use of pharosIQ as a service. For other services, we utilize local suppliers in South Africa.
