Professional Services Automation

Great to capture flagged emails for reminders later. Great for quick entry tasks. Would love it if you could set a checklist so that you could more easily assign a task to a category, that is currently a little more tedious than what it should be. The lack of integration with Google is also a little disappointing.
TaskRay is a great solution for small to medium sized businesses running multiple projects at the same time. It is very cost effective and their development team is actively adding new functionality regularly. If you prefer working from a tiled Kanban board view, this is highly worth evaluating.
Wunderlist is what you need for your to do lists. It's really simple to use.
Allows you to set due date to your lists, share them with your team and/or create a folder to divide and organize all your list set
Also, Wunderlist is compatible with all platform and devices. So you can always be updated on your list or work on them from wherever you are and with all the devices you have.
Unfortunately TaskRay does not allow us to share templates externally with customers.
We have employees all over the world and we don't think TaskRay will support other languages such as Japanese. Note, I am speaking with a sales rep next week to confirm this, so we may be incorrect.
It's hands-down the best PM tool we have ever used. Nothing compares in ease of use and being easy to learn. It also looks great and makes sense immediately
The actual user interface and the way to navigate around the app is very intuitive and easy to learn/use which would make me give it a high ranking, but the syncing issues drop down my rating because there are times where you add an item to the list and then it just disappears. Then when you add it again the sync will happen and now you have duplicates. The other negative with the usability is adding extra information to an item, such as files or comments or assignments. You can do it but it's difficult to tell which items have this information from the main screen. You have to click on them individually.
I have not had an issue where I needed to reach out to Wunderlist, but I know their contact and online chat is easy to access and feel confident that they would be helpful. My only worry is Wunderlist is becoming Microsoft to-do in May 2020, and I believe the app will become worse after that.
It's a small tool compared to bigger project management software, but we found that they work perfectly together. It helps you declutter the larger PM tools, keep your smaller tasks in-line and make sure they get completed. When you're working in a creative agency, ideas and tasks are flying around, so having a tool like this that keeps you accountable and reminds you of your tasks is a must!
We are still in our year long evaluation process. But TaskRay has been the easiest, and most successfully adopted tool so far. Even if we do not end up choosing TaskRay, I do not regret implementing the system or the experience working with the team at TaskRay. The only reason we may not end up going with TaskRay is lack of templates and slightly stunted reporting features (this is mainly due to Salesforce limitations). Our organization is growing so quickly, we need to consider tools that are better able to regiment processes in a larger group of Customer Service Representatives and give management more detailed insight into those activities.
