The management of larger meetings and keeping track of who has said what and really works well with CPD's Continued Professional Development meetings as the summaries come in handy, expecially if you have run late, Read.Ai has already in the meetings and ensures I don't miss anything important shared in these type of meetings and discussions.

I have been using it for almost a year and still playing around with some of the features, but thus far its good but there is always room for improvement

I do not have any experience with Mikogo's support as I have never experienced any problem with it.

Mikogo has simple features and is easy to use. If you don't need lots of bells and whistles and just want to screen share or video conference on a small scale Mikogo works best. Join.me & TeamViewer are a bit confusing for the novice small business person. My experience with LogMeIn has been that it's sluggish. GoToMeeting works great but is pricey for the small firm that mainly does one-to-one support/training. I couldn't get Zoom to work right.

As a Google backbone user, Read.Ai out does Gemini in may aspects but lacks the interoprability that obviously a Google developed product has

• Zero positive impact
• Spend just a little more with products like AnyDesk and get some real ROI
• Short term, the product can be used on a trial basis (or at least it was available as a trial)

• Time is money, Read.Ai saves you time and money
• So far had greater impact on me personaly whichs spills over into business as I am the owner
• Great for keeping track of business partnership discussions
