If you are looking to save time on recording transactions. This has been a great time saver, all transactions are easily reconciled and they are automatically posted in Netsuite.

it is very well suited for organizations that process a medium sized amount of invoices each month. It helps for companies that struggle with time consuming processes and are looking to cut down on administrative time. It is very helpful for smaller businesses that want to cut down on administrative time and costs. it may not be ideal for companies processing substantial amounts of invoices as some of the automation and machine learning can be improved to better speed up processing

• Great Customer Service. Whenever there is an issue they are very responsive in helping with the issue.
• At the time it was cheaper than Bill.com for most of the same functionality.
• Integrated with QuickBooks relatively well.

• We had some improvements that wanted to be made but so far over the 2 years with them they have made the updates we wanted.

• I wish the export function allowed more options for the posting date of invoices. All invoices have the same posting date once they reach Sage 300, but this must be changed when they reach the transaction file. We should have the option of using the invoice date as the posting date or a selected date.

Very easy to use, sometimes searching can be difficult but there are many files and documents. Overall, when I started using the program it was very easy to learn and now has been great as I learn more features and have gotten used to it. The layout looks a bit dated but thats no issue

It doesn't. Hands down Bill.com is a better platform that over time has only gotten better.

We use this Quadient Accounts Payable program for cheque processing because it is Canadian and works well for us. We found too many delays with an American-based company that had to send mail from the US to Canada.
