Mozilla Firefox is a suitable web browser for nearly any application and need I can think of. We frequently utilize it's easy to use developer tools on various web pages throughout our team as we develop our products. Never notice any speed issues, latency, downtime, or general problems with the browser
I use it every day, and it is so lovely to have a clear desktop and only have one app running with everything I need. For example, when I am creating YouTube content, I need to be able to check analytical data on my YouTube channel, then open up Canva and create additional differences to the thumbnails that Land is making for the following video. I also need to be able to open Google Sheets to update my team and keep track of everything on Trello so we know what project we are currently working on our project. Workflow for content creation is spread across Trello Canva, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets, so to have all of these simultaneously open, I can switch between them all within shift is absolutely a godsend. Also, the fact that it integrates with Microsoft To-Do is beneficial as this is how we keep track of all completed tasks that we, as a team, create.
Shift provides a seamless, single interface that brings together all of my email accounts and productivity tools (both Google Workspace and 3rd parties)
It allows me to install, login and access the same emails and tools from ANY desktop in the world, securely, and without leaving a footprint of my User information or online working sessions.
The browser-based UX/UI design of Shift makes it intuitive and fast (especially with recent memory handling improvements).
Firefox stands toe to toe with any other web browser on the market. From comparable features and capabilities, there's nothing that my team can't do with Mozilla that we can do with any other leading product. Developer tools, speed, reliability, customization options, add-ins, themes, etc... all available and excellently executed with Mozilla Firefox
I wouldn't say I liked the user experience and the difficulty in configuration. I generally like to keep my UX and UI as consistent as possible, and Shift does that. Moreover, I wanted to save all my Gmail labels and have their catalog precisely as on the Gmail website. Thunderbird for Mac is a bit tacky.
