Maximizing Efficiency with Shift

Shift is fairly intuitive, especially for basic integrations like Gmail and Slack. It's easy to set up workspaces and organize applications within those workspaces. I use Google Suite, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets, with high frequency, and this is where the usability takes a hit for me. I wish there was a more efficient way to work on multiple Docs and Sheets at the same time. The native integrations limit you to one open Doc or Sheet at a time, unless you choose to open those in a new tab. I'd prefer a more direct way to use multiple Docs and Sheets simultaneously.

I appreciate that Shift keeps all of my most-used web applications organized in one window. My workflow is easier to manage when I can see everything I need in one space. I like that I can manage multiple email addresses as well as multiple digital tools without leaving the Shift application. Drawbacks: The web browser is not as stable as others I use; The unread count for some applications is inaccurate at times; Google Suite applications could use further development and integration. I have been using Shift for more than 5 years and continue to be happy with the product.
