MSG91 vs. Webex Connect

If you really care a lot about the authenticity and other aspects of SMS to you user that it should reach on time, without lag and security then MSG91 is best suited to do this job. But if you are doing just some promotional email or not so important updates for the users then you can go for a different vendor also which also supports bulk messaging.

• It improves customer interactions.
• I like its ability to personalize customer journey as thus helps boost customer satisfaction.

• After updation in some of policies of TRAI in India the documents needs update
• Some of the API's have became complicated after recent updates
• If there could be some alert mechanism that can help to know about reaching quota, or downtime alerts

• The initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex for new users

I would rate a solid 9 in case of usability as it does its work perfectly without any lacks and delays, we are using it for almost 3 years now and have not faced any major bug or issue with it. along with that it's easy to construct a Flow end to end where you just drag and drop icons to make the nodes working together with each other and as well as its learning curve is very simple and can be used by a non tech person also.

After going through all of them we felt MSG91 is more cleaner in terms of integration details and also the support by their tech team. Integration wish Twilio was very good but the dashboard and other features which MSG91 provides were somewhat similar or easy to understand for our team.

It doesn't stack against software like Teams - although Teams does have its own faults. Teams streamlines the communication between users, while Webex Connect feels outdated and is very glitchy. It is an ordeal to use Webex Connect when compared to Teams or even other similar applications. I do not recommend Webex Connect.

• As compared to the price MSG91 is value for money for the things we get
• The SMS rates are not so high and you can easily use for small to enterprise level company.
• The dashboard of MSG91 helps a lot in understanding whats going wrong and can be improved.

• The software has enabled us to schedule property viewings at different locations, depending on the customer's flexibility and preferences.
