This platform seems to be a perfect one for email marketing, newsletters, tracking of emails, etc. I've heard it's also a good platform for lead management, their scorring and grading, lead nurturing, building product related tracking such as API integration, retention cohorts, flows, etc. however, haven't tried that part personally.

Lack of communication builds issues that can easily be avoided with clear and transparent communication. Emails/ in-app notifications, the not immediate and always causes a delay since it depends on the user's internet connection. On the other hand, SMS is a service, which reaches every individual immediately and without fail. Therefore, Sinch shall be utilised by every company to make sure immediate communication is enabled.
