OutboundEngine does a referral campaign and I've been able to close a couple of deals based on getting in touch with people who engage with this campaign and state they could use my services in the next 6 months. This is a great follow up tool for those you may or may not know are going to be needing your services.
BL is great is you're going from a manual process to something more sophisticated. I'm not sure what the competitive landscape looks like with regards to Reference Software nowadays, but when we were evaluating a few years ago, BL was ahead of all other vendors in terms of functionality and integrations with SFDC
Zuberance is a web-based system that incentivizes existing customers and increases the number of brand advocates praising your product. It helped to increase the number of customers. They have become our army of advocates, spreading the news about new products, promotions, and more. Zuberance offers companies the opportunity to add testimonials and brand messages to their digital presence. Excellent marketing strategies with good incentives to increase customer loyalty. It is incredibly reliable as advocates are identified not only through word of mouth but also through valid points like emails to customers. Feedback is an absolute breeze. Zuberance provides consultative expertise and guides us in every step. It is very creative, dedicated, and responsive and has a very comprehensive Advocate marketing system.
The content that they generate to send to our clients is relevant and the clients want to engage with us. It makes us appear more professional and consistent, even though we are a smaller company.
It helps us stay in touch with clients and helps us stay top of mind. We are able to generate more new business leads if we are in consistent contact with current, former, and potential clients.
Their customer service and support is outstanding. All my questions were answered and I went into the program feeling confident and knowledgeable.
The system provides more visibility into available references and prevents references from being over-used. It allows the client (reference) to choose how often they can be contacted in a given time period and provides a closed-loop feedback mechanism to make sure the client is providing positive responses.
Allows account executives (sales people) to easily request references based on: product Used, customer vertical, location, account size, expertise, etc.
Uses a “Five Star” method to show how relevant the answers are when a results are returned from a search.
I do not like the use of drawings to attract new customers, and they have ignored my requests to eliminate that for my personal emails.
I do not like it when a competitor in my immediate market has the same posts. It cheapens the service or makes it appear that I am simply sharing another's post.
During the testing, no missing functionality was noticed.
Nevertheless, consumer advocacy for business demand could have been improved in terms of option availability.
The rest of what is available is adequate to meet the expectations, however future demands needs would be a future challenge to modify and update the existing internal functionality.
The biggest issue is poor ROI. The second biggest issue is rigid customer service process, lack of a sense of urgency, and inability to reach out to upper management with issues.
Overall, OutboundEngine is very user friendly. It is simple to set up and explore, and if there are any issues or questions, the customer service team and account managers are always available to help. They are very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything in detail to me. The program is easy to navigate and helps me stay organized, and an uncomplicated and straightforward solution was exactly what I was looking for
I haven't had to contact Outbound Engine because I haven't had any application errors or unplanned outages. I basically have had such a trouble free experience with them that I haven't had to call. Everything is automated and I get a notice to review every isse. I suppose if I personalized the newsletter a bit more and added some of my own articles, I would need to contact them, (which I should really start to do) but so far things have been so on point, I haven't felt the need.
The customer service was excellent! Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. My account manager was easily reachable. Setup of the OutboundEngine program was explained really thoroughly, and we knew how we could best use the product to meet the needs of our clients and get our online and social media presence off the ground.
The process of asking each reference how often they’d be willing to be contacted was the biggest task. We made assumptions for current clients, and ask each new client once they become a customer. Along with which specific skill-set they’d be willing to be a reference
I selected it for the ability to have an automated system do 3 things all at once, social media posts, emails and the instant communication with the chat box. I have never seen a chat come through that lead to a helpful client touchpoint. I have never used another product but have since begun to weigh some of the less expensive options.
While I was one of the decision makers in this process, I didn't sit on the demos for the other providers (I was brought in further in the sales process). My understanding from my team was that BL was much more configurable and support more robust integrations that the competitors
Great platform to use to engage and [communicate] your advocates. Zuberance is the right partner for you if you're right to comment to customers. Zuberance does the heavy lifting, it's on you to figure out your goals and needs as you know [the] customers and work it in the best.
With Zuberance, we have been able to expand our customer base very positively, which has helped us to achieve sales because we are constantly generating and obtaining new leads.
In the last quarter of using Zuberance, the results have been promising, showing that our return on investment has increased threefold since the service was introduced.
