PeopleOne vs. Solutions2Share Teams Manager

We are using [PeopleONE] to collect and manage our field data for payroll, invoicing, and production management purposes. So far, it works quite well for those uses. Additionally, we are using the app to manage communications from our offices to our field management at upper and middle field management levels. We have successfully used the application to communicate important upcoming events, COVID protocols and reporting processes, and other initiatives. I am unfamiliar with the limitations of this technology or applications for which it would be unsuited.

It's well suited if you or your organization performs tasks incorporating other Microsoft programs such as OneNote or Planner. Teams Manager allows for easy management of that software usage; if you do not use any of those, I'm not sure if there is much advantage in using it to manage workflow.

• The UI, both for desktop and mobile apps, is simple and virtually self-explanatory.
• Compared to apps we have used in the past, PeopleONE is fast, in both data entry and retrieval.
• The team responsible for creating our specific requirements for the app is exceptionally responsive. It is made up of creative problems solvers who have built a product that meets every need we have presented.

• We haven't actually experienced any issues of note to record here. Every concern, requirement, or change we have requested has been swiftly and satisfactorily resolved by the Impiger team.

• user interface can be enhanced to seperate the color coding for different channels
• It would be great to receive notifications in Outlook for Shifts and be able to approve/deny requests and schedule changes there while it's synced with the Outlook calendar.

[I give it this rating] because it has addressed all of our needs in a succinct manner and it operates efficiently.

It is a well-designed and polished application on Teams. Most of its issues stem from Teams UI and UX, which could be improved further. However, if you can fit the team manager to your needs, it can become a very powerful tool to manage data flow.

We still use it for our one-off situations, but mostly stick to Teams as it is much more user-friendly and allows better sharing capabilities through virtual meetings. Skype is not as easily customized, so it's a no-brainer to use Microsoft Teams and Team Manager for all of our instant messaging and virtual meeting needs.

• Improved accuracy of data collected
• Improved efficiency of data collected
• Improved efficiency of payroll and invoicing processes
• Decreased time, in the field and in the office, involved in managing data

• Positive in regards to easy access to quick answers through instant messaging
• Positive in that the Managers have a secure place to go to retrieve sensitive information.
• Negative in that we do not fully utilize the tool.
