pharosIQ delivered well on our TOFU ask with scaled lead delivery across 5 geographies. Having a single vendor POC helped to streamline communications across the global campaigns to ensure quality, quantity and fulfillment was continually fulfilled. We struggled with the mid-funnel program as the conversion forward was not very successful to sales ready leads. We also did not hit the benchmark of survey completions as originally proposed from pharosIQ from other customers who completed this campaign.
I think it’s a great way to enrich your database with new leads without the overhead for smaller teams. That being said I think there is room for improvement in reducing the time it takes to get campaigns up and running.
pharosIQ is easy to use and work with. Their team is great at communicating, very responsive, and will work closely with you to ensure the success of your programs. They act as a true partner, and tailor their services to your needs. I would certainly recommend working with pharosIQ to a friend
I am happy with the relationship and the attention we get from pharosIQ throughout our interactions, maintaining this is key to getting the best possible leads for our clients, Yasmin and Colin have always been very clear in what they can and cannot do which I fully appreciate. pharosIQ wins in the customer service department. I will say, Anteriad tends to deliver more accurate leads that fit within our ICP. We are also considering running other programs with Anteriad. So, similarly, pharosIQ is also pivoting our strategy to help us meet our goals. I think both are comparable products and/or companies.
I think these two tools are both great ways to diversify your database without draining internal resources. We did get more nurtured leads from our other vendor so it’s hard to compare.
